The staff was incredibly attentive—they asked about his diet, medications, and even his favorite toys. The room was clean and cozy. They sent me daily photo updates, which eased my anxiety. When I picked him up, he was calm and well-groomed (they even brushed him since he sheds a lot). Highly recommend for pet parents who want a stress-free boarding experience!"

I recently sent my two cats to boarding (twice) and grooming (once), I would like to say that their services are quite good and their staff are super friendly. They would update me about my cats via videos so that I'd know my cats progress while they were in boarding. As for grooming, I love it. My two cats looks super clean and smell very nice, their fur are very soft too. Kudos Petvolusi!
